About Our Client

The client is a new and promising player in the Semiconductor industry. They have a deep focus on technological independence and energy efficiency.

Job Description

  • Head the end-to-end HR function, including Workforce Planning and Talent Pipeline development across all roles.
  • Own HR governance, encompassing Policies, Processes, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Compliance and Audits.
  • Drive people programs covering Compensation, Onboarding, Learning, Culture, Engagement and Change management.
  • Deliver on key people metrics such as Engagement, Attrition, Hiring SLAs, Productivity and Diversity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience, with at least 4-5 yrs leadership exp
  • Exposure to technology and understanding of business
  • Proven track record in large-scale Hiring and Workforce Planning
  • Experience setting up HR Processes & Policies, and Compliance for new sites
  • Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Unions and Employee Relations in industrial setting
