The Head of People will be the single point of accountability for End-to-end HR, including Global TA, HRBP for Tech, GTM & Ops, Employer Branding, HR Strategy, etc. This will involve building the HR function and ensuring leadership alignment.

  • Work directly with CEO and COO to take a high-growth org through its next phase

The client is a growing organization in the Software Development industry. They are a SaaS automation platform.

Job Description

  • Global TA - Build the hiring architecture for a SaaS business, specially GTM hiring.
  • HRBP across Tech, GTM & Ops - Be a strategic partner who understands what the org needs to perform, while working with the respective leadership.
  • Employer Branding - Build the org's narrative and attract talent.
  • HR Team Leadership - Ensure that different HR functions like TA, HRBP and HR Ops work in synchrony.
  • Leadership Vision - Translate the CXO vision into HR Strategy that employees can relate to.
  • Culture - Adapt & evolve the Culture, with a clear org-wide philosophy as the axis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role should meet the following criteria-

  1. 9-15 yrs of exp, with considerable years in a senior HR leadership role
  2. Tenured experience in B2B SaaS
  3. Deep expertise in both TA & HRBP
  4. Global stakeholder management experience, preferably with US
  5. Background in a scaling organization
