About Our Client

The client is an MNC in the Textile Manufacturing industry. They are a leading garment & fabrics manufacturer.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent retention processes.
  • Handle conflict resolution and Employee Relations effectively.
  • Handle Industrial Relations and Stakeholder management, including interactions with government bodies etc.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Lead a team of Factory HRs reporting under you.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role should have:

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Experience in Textile Manufacturing/ Fashion/ Retail Apparel/ Clothing/ etc (preferred)
  • IPO experience (preferred, not mandatory)
