Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing charter across digital, D2C, retail and marketplaces
  • Build and execute performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle and retention strategies
  • Drive data-led decision-making across CAC, LTV, cohort analysis and attribution
  • Partner closely with brand, product, sales and retail teams to unlock growth levers
  • Scale omnichannel growth initiatives, integrating online and offline journeys
  • Lead experimentation, A/B testing and rapid optimisation across funnels
  • Manage agency partners, internal teams and marketing budgets effectively
  • Track and report growth metrics to senior leadership with clear insights

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in consumer, D2C or retail-led businesses
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid media, CRM, marketing tech and analytics
  • Proven ability to scale acquisition while improving efficiency metrics
  • Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn, data-first mindset
  • Experience working in fast-growth, omni-channel environments is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skill
