Job Description

  • Handle USGAAP & IndAS reporting for the India entity
  • Lead finance activities and keep financial information accurate and organised
  • Prepare financial reports to support business decisions
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities for clear financial planning
  • Lead the corporate taxation function, preferably from a global lens
  • Work with business teams to understand financial needs and priorities
  • Set up clear finance processes that support smooth operations
  • Monitor financial controls and help maintain reliable reporting
  • Use financial data to guide planning within the software business

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA (pref is first attempt)
  • 20+ years of experience, post qualification
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end finance & reporting functions
  • Prior experience managing USGAAP & IndAS accounting standards
  • Preference for ex-Big 4/consulting experience
  • Prior experience in the technology, IT/ITeS industry is mandatory
