Job Description

  • Play a key role in the set up of Finance Shared Services from scratch, leading a team of 100+ FTEs
  • Oversee Teams in Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to cash with the potential of adding FP&A
  • Play a key role in the leadership of the site together with the Site Leader
  • Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Finance Shared Services should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • More than 15 years of total experience with 10 years of leadership experience in Finance Shared Services
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools and in ERP implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the Services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
