Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and business performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership, board, and audit committee reviews.
  • Oversee FP&A, MIS, revenue assurance, banking, direct and indirect taxation, and cash flow management.
  • Support debt and equity fundraising, due diligence activities, and fund management initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Chartered Accountant and/or MBA (Finance).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or related consumer-focused businesses.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliations, revenue tracking, and risk identification.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities.
