  • Lead data and AI initiatives for the Analytics department.
  • Turn business needs into clear data and AI use cases.
  • Work with teams to gather, organise and use data effectively.
  • Build data-led insights that help teams make informed decisions.
  • Guide the development of AI solutions for business needs.
  • Set clear priorities for data and AI activities.
  • Track progress of data and AI work and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Improve how data is used across Automotive Industry operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience leading data and AI initiatives.
  • Ability to turn business needs into practical analytics use cases.
  • Experience working with data to create useful insights.
  • Understanding of AI solutions and their business applications.
  • Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise work and keep projects on track.
