We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Relationships to lead and expand our client's network of industry partners. This role is pivotal in building strong collaborations with corporates to drive placements, internships, live projects, and co-branded learning initiatives.

Job Description

1. Corporate Partnership Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and scale corporate partnerships across sectors (IT, product companies, startups, GCCs, etc.)
  • Identify and onboard new corporate partners for internships, placements, and skilling collaborations
  • Establish long-term engagement models with key accounts



2. Relationship Management

  • Own and nurture senior-level relationships (HR Heads, Talent Leaders, CXOs)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate engagements
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat collaboration



3. Placement & Talent Solutions

  • Drive placement opportunities for students across partner institutions
  • Collaborate with internal academic and training teams to align talent pipelines with market demand
  • Design customized talent solutions for corporate hiring needs



4. Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Organize corporate engagement events such as hiring drives, hackathons, webinars, and campus connect programs
  • Position our client as a preferred partner for early talent hiring



5. Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Track hiring trends, skill demand, and industry insights to refine offerings
  • Provide feedback to product and curriculum teams for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to revenue growth through partnership-led initiatives



The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate relations, enterprise sales, talent acquisition partnerships, or business development
  • Strong exposure to IT/technology hiring ecosystem preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strong industry network with HR and leadership teams
