With rapid international expansion and a strong talent growth trajectory, the organisation is looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits leader to build and scale a robust rewards framework.

Job Description

Compensation Strategy & Governance

  • Define and implement a competitive, scalable compensation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead market benchmarking exercises using consulting partner insights and industry data.
  • Ensure compensation structures support internal equity and external competitiveness.



Rewards & Benefits Framework

  • Own design and governance of fixed pay, variable pay, sales incentives, and long‑term incentives.
  • Review and enhance benefits programs to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops and Finance to ensure reward accuracy and compliance.



Managing Complexity at Scale

  • Drive end‑to‑end compensation cycles for a large, fast‑growing, and matrixed organisation.
  • Build frameworks for job architecture, grading, and career progression.



Annual Compensation Planning

  • Lead annual increments, bonuses, retention planning, and workforce cost modelling.
  • Develop compensation budgets, forecasts, and analytical insights.



Business Partnering & Leadership Advisory

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and HRBPs on all C&B matters.
  • Partner with business leaders on compensation structures for new markets and functions.



Analytics, Insights & Compliance

  • Build dashboards, insights, and compensation analytics to support decision making.
  • Ensure adherence to compensation‑related legal and statutory requirements across geographies.



The Successful Applicant

Must Have

  • 7-14 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Mandatory experience in leading compensation consulting firms (Aon, Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end compensation cycles in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and reward design capabilities.



Good to Have

  • Experience working with internationally diversified organisations.
  • Exposure to high‑growth startups or technology‑driven companies.
  • Understanding of ESOP structures and long‑term incentive design.

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and push strategic initiatives
  • High ownership, agility, and comfort operating in an evolving environment
