Job Description

  • Partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams of high-growth businesses to define and execute talent strategies aligned to scale.
  • Lead CXO and senior leadership hiring mandates end-to-end, including role definition, sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leadership talent across key sectors and functional areas.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on organisational design, leadership structuring, and succession planning.
  • Develop compensation frameworks, leadership benchmarks, and people practices suited for scaling organisations.
  • Build and manage relationships with executive search firms and external talent partners where required.
  • Create and scale an internal talent acquisition capability to support multiple hiring mandates across businesses.
  • Establish HR processes, performance frameworks, and people systems for both internal and client-facing environments.
  • Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders to ensure effectiveness and retention.
  • Partner with leadership on culture building, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience across HR leadership, talent strategy, or executive search.
  • Proven track record in CXO hiring within startups, high-growth, or mid-sized organisations.
  • Strong exposure to building teams in scaling environments
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to CXOs, founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building or scaling talent acquisition functions or HR systems from scratch.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • High adaptability and comfort working across multiple mandates in fast-paced environments.
