The role will drive people strategy, industrial relations, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple sites.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Lead and mentor HR and Administration teams across corporate and manufacturing locations.
  • Drive manpower planning, recruitment, succession planning, and leadership hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding, workforce deployment, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
  • Lead learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
  • Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and remuneration benchmarking.
  • Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, grievance handling, and union interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR policies.
  • Drive HR digitalization, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee administration functions including facility management, security, travel, transport, and vendor management.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management (Full Time).
  • 18-25 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing environments and Greenfield setup.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing multi-location and plant-based HR operations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
