  • Manage compensation and benefits activities for employees.
  • Maintain clear records for salary structures and employee benefits.
  • Review reward information and keep it accurate.
  • Work with internal teams on compensation-related queries.
  • Help improve compensation and benefits processes.
  • Prepare reports that support reward planning and decisions.
  • Keep employee benefit information organised and up to date.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling compensation and benefits activities.
  • Confidence working with salary and benefit data.
  • Ability to maintain accurate employee reward records.
  • Experience preparing clear reports and summaries.
  • Confidence using office tools to manage data and documents.
  • Ability to work with Human Resources teams on reward matters.
