This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the delivery of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Mobility programs across global markets. The focus is on operational excellence, stakeholder management, team leadership, and ensuring a seamless employee experience across regions.

Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Mobility operations across international markets.
  • Manage and develop a team of managers while driving service excellence and operational governance.
  • Partner with global HR, business leaders, COEs, and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Drive compensation cycles, rewards administration, wellness initiatives, and mobility support.
  • Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders across regions and functions.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 18+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Service Delivery.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Exposure to global markets such as US, EMEA, Europe, or APAC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently.
  • Experience within large multinational or GCC environments preferred.
