  • Improve HR workflows to provide a consistent service across locations.
  • Work with HR teams to resolve service issues and improve response times.
  • Track service performance and identify areas for practical improvement.
  • Maintain clear process guides and service standards for HR activities.
  • Manage HR queries and escalations through the right channels.
  • Work with internal teams to roll out HR process changes.
  • Use service data to strengthen the employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing HR service delivery processes.
  • Experience improving HR workflows and service standards.
  • Confidence handling HR queries and service escalations.
  • Ability to track service performance and use data to improve delivery.
  • Experience working with HR teams across different locations.
  • Confidence creating clear process guides and practical documentation.
