Job Description

  • Lead and manage stress testing processes globally.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain policies and guidelines for stress testing.
  • Provide training and support to teams on stress testing processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address challenges and drive efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For

  • Senior Director / Executive Director level leadership experience.
  • Strong background in Stress Testing, Risk, Product Control, or Valuation Control.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience building and operating global operating models.
  • GCC and onshore banking experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
