Job Description

  • Define and execute the global people and talent strategy
  • Drive organization design and workforce planning across geographies
  • Build and scale leadership hiring and succession pipelines
  • Establish high-impact performance and rewards frameworks
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and employer brand globally
  • Lead HR digitization and analytics, aligned with an AI-first mindset
  • Partner with founders and leadership on strategic growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • MBA in HR from Top Tier institutions in the country
  • 15-20+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments
  • Proven track record in scaling organizations globally
  • Experience in building HR functions in fast-paced, product-driven companies
  • Strong stakeholder management with CXO/founder teams
  • High adaptability and ability to operate in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
