This is not a traditional client-facing consulting role.This is a high‑impact operations and delivery leadership position where you will build the Professional Services organization for a clinical within the Hyderabad GCC.

Job Description

  • Architect and scale a world‑class delivery organization that supports rapid global expansion.
  • Institutionalize enterprise‑ready implementation frameworks, operating models, and governance structures.
  • Lead the execution backbone for implementations across utilization management, prior authorization automation, and payment integrity.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and U.S. Professional Services to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery at scale.
  • Mature the GCC into a strategic hub for global readiness, internal enablement, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Delivery should have:

  • 15+ years in professional services, global delivery, consulting, or healthcare operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated success scaling GCC operations or global enterprise delivery frameworks.
  • Strong command of U.S. healthcare workflows in UM, PA, clinical review, or payment integrity.
  • Proven builder of governance systems, process maturity, and enterprise implementation models.
  • Experience in AI/ML healthcare platforms or complex regulated environments is an add on.
