The role will partner closely with global and local leadership to build organisational capability, scale people processes, and support business expansion across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Job Description

  • Lead the overall HR strategy for India, aligned to global business objectives.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce planning.
  • Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, systems, and people programmes to support a scaling organisation.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on organisation design, change management, and people-related decisions.
  • Lead employee engagement, communication, culture, and retention initiatives across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and employment regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, workforce risk, and HR operations.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing HR team while building organisational capability across the business.
  • Support expansion plans and the continued growth of manufacturing operations in India.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, automotive, medical devices, engineering, industrial, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Proven experience supporting large employee populations across manufacturing operations.
  • Strong experience in organisational development, succession planning, talent management, and HR transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable HR frameworks, systems, and processes.
  • Strong business partnering capability with senior leadership teams.
  • Experience managing employee relations and workforce challenges within complex operational environments.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, and evolving organisation
