Job Description

  • Drive business development and end-to-end account management for GCCs in India.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, build trusted CXO-level relationships, and position the client's digital assurance offerings.
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Map GCC stakeholder ecosystems and develop personalized engagement strategies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, coordinate with delivery teams, and provide post-sales hyper-care.
  • Track market trends, emerging GCC opportunities, and share competitive intelligence with internal teams to refine messaging and proposals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has strong existing networks and deep relationship capital within established GCCs in India.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently drive complex sales cycles.
  • Is execution-focused, proactive, and quick in follow-up.
  • Ideally brings experience in selling QA, testing, or digital solutions, with exposure to verticals like BFSI, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Shows creativity, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
