Job Description

  • Build & expand franchise network across India
  • Own P&L, revenue, and margin growth
  • Drive KOL engagement & hospital onboarding
  • Lead and mentor regional franchise teams
  • Define product, pricing, and GTM strategy

The Successful Applicant

A successful Franchise Head should have:

  • 15-20 years in ortho/sports medicine sales
  • Strong network with orthopaedic KOLs
  • Proven franchise/channel leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of implants & trauma products
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and scaling business
