Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to support the organization's growth in the retail sector.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
  • Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • CA (15+ Years of experience)
  • Proven expertise in month end closing, MIS, Plant finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with electrical and IT products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
