The Finance Manger will oversee end-to-end accounting, including GL tasks, month-end close, and regulatory compliance, oversee tax and statutory processes, reconciliations. The Finance Manager will also act as the main accounting contact, working closely with cross-functional teams.

The company is a global organisation in the healthcare technology industry based in Hyderabad.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring timely month-end close, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Lead balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, fixed asset oversight, inter company transactions, cost allocations, and foreign exchange adjustments.
  • Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, and external providers to support statutory filings, audits, banking activities, and issue resolution across AP/AR processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience post qualification
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must
  • US GAAP proficiency is an added advantage
