Job Description

  • Lead product controlling activities with a strong focus on commodity P&L, mark-to-market (MTM), and foreign exchange exposure management.
  • Supervise daily finance reporting, including positions, profitability analysis, and FX exposure monitoring.
  • Drive monthly P&L closing, management reporting, and commercial budgeting processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess financial implications of new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage working capital performance and oversee futures account management activities.
  • Support regional and APAC finance teams on controlling and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate global business controlling reports and ensure timely delivery of key financial insights.
  • Lead financial support for statutory audits, internal audits, group audits, and tax audit processes.
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance across finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.CA, MBA (Finance), or Management Accountant qualification.
  • Approximately 15 years of relevant finance and controlling experience.
  • Strong understanding of commodity accounting, P&L analysis, MTM valuation, and forex exposure management.
  • Proven experience in business partnering, management reporting, budgeting, and working capital management.
  • Exposure to regional/global finance teams and multinational environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
