Job Description

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance department to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise company resources.
  • Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, such as CA, CMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
