Job Description

  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of business cases for new investments or projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on financial performance and trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Experience in the engineering industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in global capability centers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
