Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
  • Oversee the functioning of utilities, such as electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address facility-related requirements and improvements.
  • Maintain records and reports related to facility operations and maintenance activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facility Manager should have:

  • A relevant educational background in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing facilities
