Job Description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Private Equity Team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence for the team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support in planning and executing team events or client meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and project deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant - Private Equity Team should have:

  • A graduate degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or private equity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
