Job Description

  • Own the full sales cycle - generate pipeline (outbound + inbound), run discovery, demos, negotiations, and close enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Engage senior stakeholders - work closely with business and IT leaders (including CXOs) to understand needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth within accounts - identify upsell and expansion opportunities while managing renewals for existing customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to win deals and deliver value to customers.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecasting discipline - track opportunities, forecast accurately, and manage sales performance in CRM.



The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate is a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, who consistently exceeds quota and thrives in owning full-cycle, complex enterprise deals.
  • They bring a strong hunter mindset, with proven ability to generate pipeline, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and close high-value deals through a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Additionally, they are highly collaborative and adaptable, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining strong pipeline discipline and continuously learning new technologies and solutions.
