Job Description

Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery

Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions across various domains like NLP, CV, and GenAI

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from model development to deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and business teams

Drive adoption of best practices in MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD pipelines

Work with tools like Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern backend frameworks

Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed AI systems

Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives

Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and leadership

Operate in an agile environment, managing priorities and deliveries effectively

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong technical expertise

3+ years of experience leading or managing AI/ML teams

Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience shipping production-grade AI applications at enterprise scale

Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

Familiarity with frontend integrations (React, mobile/web applications)

Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design

Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Experience working in agile methodologies with tools like JIRA

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous

Familiarity with Big Data technologies like PySpark or Hadoop is a plus
