Job Description

  • Plan, lead and execute the employee experience annual plan, from ideation to outstanding execution
  • Lead locally global initiatives coming from Corporate HR Centers of Excellence: enhance, customize, and promote them on-site
  • Plan and execute initiatives that promote the firm as an employer of choice

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employee Experience professional should have:

  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in employee experience roles
  • Passion, spark and drive to bring creative ideas to every initiative, and turn them into reality
  • Strong knowledge in market trends, social platforms, and networking
