Job Description

  • Manage and prioritize the MD's calendar, meetings, and strategic commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and executive schedules.
  • Track key business priorities and support execution of leadership initiatives.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership presentations.
  • Support Board meetings, governance reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft executive communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Maintain governance, compliance, audit, and official documentation records.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.



The Successful Applicant

  • 6-15 years of experience supporting CXO-level leaders as an Executive Assistant or Executive Office professional.
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and operational dynamics.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong planning, multitasking, and execution capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of anticipating leadership needs.
  • Maintains absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural business environment.
