Job Description

  • Manage the Executive Chairman's business, board and personal calendar
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel across India and the UK
  • Draft, review and manage executive correspondence and communications
  • Prioritise inbound requests and ensure timely follow-up on key actions
  • Liaise with senior internal stakeholders, advisors and external partners
  • Prepare briefing notes, meeting packs and executive summaries
  • Conduct research on business, financial and geopolitical topics
  • Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and organisation
  • Track critical commitments, deadlines and stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification preferred
  • 5-12 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Experience working with C-suite, promoter-led or founder-led organisations
  • Strong understanding of business, financial and current affairs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly proficient with modern productivity and AI tools
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities with acute attention to detail
  • Naturally proactive, anticipates requirements and solves problems independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and occasionally unpredictable environments
  • High emotional maturity, discretion and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to interact confidently with board members, investors and senior executives
