Job Description

  • Lead strategic transformation and value-creation engagements for industrial sector clients.
  • Build and manage senior CXO-level client relationships.
  • Drive growth strategy, market entry and corporate strategy initiatives.
  • Lead AI strategy and business transformation programmes.
  • Design operating models and functional transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strategic pursuits.
  • Lead proposal development, solutioning and commercial structuring.
  • Champion thought leadership across Semiconductor, EMS and Data Centre sectors.
  • Mentor consulting teams and drive project excellence.
  • Oversee governance, risk management and financial performance of engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting or a leading strategy consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in growth strategy, market entry, corporate strategy, AI strategy, operating model design and business transformation.
  • Deep understanding of Semiconductor, EMS, Industrial Equipment, Instrumentation or Data Centre ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing high-performing consulting teams and complex engagements.
  • MBA/PGDM from a premier institution preferred, coupled with an engineering background.
