Job Description

  • Lead strategy, commercial due diligence and transformation engagements.
  • Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed recommendations.
  • Deliver commercial and go-to-market transformation programmes.
  • Support AI and agentic transformation initiatives across client organisations.
  • For healthcare mandates, address manufacturing, quality and R&D transformation topics.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and present recommendations.
  • Own project workstreams, timelines, team performance and deliverable quality.
  • Coach and develop junior consulting team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Approximately 6-8 years' relevant experience for Manager-level opportunities.
  • Approximately 8-10 years' experience for Senior Manager/VP opportunities.
  • 10+ years' relevant experience for Director-level positions.
  • Strong consulting experience in strategy, CDD or business transformation.
  • Relevant expertise within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer or Consumer Tech.
  • Candidates from leading strategy and advisory consulting firms are preferred.
  • Selected Consumer Tech or AI/start-up professionals with relevant transformation experience may be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, team leadership and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
