Job Description

Director - General Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration, separation, carve-out, and value creation engagements.
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation and implementation programs across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and Corporate Functions.
  • Develop Day 1 readiness, Day 100 planning, operating model design, and synergy realization strategies.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, business leaders, and investors.
  • Lead multiple client engagements while ensuring quality delivery, commercial success, and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development activities, proposal development, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.



Director - HR Post-Merger Integration (HR PMI)

  • Lead the people side of mergers, acquisitions, separations, and transformation programs.
  • Drive people integration, workforce transition, organization design, operating model alignment, and HR integration initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support successful transaction outcomes.
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to address talent, culture, leadership alignment, and organizational effectiveness challenges.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on workforce-related risks, opportunities, and integration priorities.
  • Build and lead HR PMI teams while supporting practice growth and client development efforts.

The Successful Applicant

For Director - General PMI

  • MBA from a premier business school preferred.
  • 10-12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, M&A advisory, transformation consulting, transaction services, private equity, or corporate transformation.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and implementation programs.
  • Strong track record managing end-to-end post-merger integration, carve-out, separation, or value creation engagements.
  • Experience advising senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Background from leading strategy and management consulting firms preferred.



For Director - HR PMI

  • 10-12+ years of experience in HR transformation, organization effectiveness, talent strategy, change management, or HR M&A advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR integration and workforce transition programs during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Expertise in people integration, operating model design, organization restructuring, culture integration, and change management.
  • Candidates from strategy consulting, HR consulting, people advisory, and transformation consulting firms are welcome.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior business and HR stakeholders.
