They are now looking for a Director - HR Business Partnering to anchor people strategy during their next phase of hypergrowth.

Job Description

  • Partner with CXOs and functional leaders to align workforce planning, talent needs, and organisational design.
  • Lead HR transformation programs aimed at building scalable, future‑ready people practices.
  • Drive performance management, leadership development, and change‑management initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction on compensation, workforce planning, engagement, and culture‑building.
  • Act as a coach to leaders, helping them build high‑performing teams during scale.
  • Use data insights to diagnose org health and influence people‑related decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of total HR experience.
  • Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner across a combination of large organizations and startups.
  • Tier‑1/Tier‑2 educational pedigree preferred.
  • Strong ability to independently manage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven exposure to organisational transformation, HR transformation, and scaling people practices in dynamic setups.
  • Experience working closely with business, product, and tech teams is a plus.
