Job Description

  • Drive business development activities and achieve growth objectives across transportation, mobility, and digital infrastructure advisory services.
  • Lead proposal preparation, bid management, client presentations, and strategic pursuit opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with transport authorities, metro corporations, government agencies, urban local bodies, funding institutions, and mobility ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and smart mobility transformation engagements.
  • Advise clients on Mobility as a Service (MaaS), transit modernization, public transport planning, digital transformation, and sustainable mobility strategies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering solutions such as ATMS, AFC, AVL, Passenger Information Systems, Smart Ticketing, Transit Analytics, AI-enabled Mobility Platforms, and Digital Twin applications.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Transport, Smart Mobility, Infrastructure Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in transportation consulting, mobility advisory, ITS, public transport, or urban mobility sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transportation and smart mobility programs.
  • Strong understanding of public transport systems, transport policy, ITS architecture, and emerging mobility technologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing government, infrastructure, urban mobility, and public sector clients.
  • Experience winning, managing, and delivering significant consulting assignments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
