Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Lead Digital Government Advisory engagements across Maharashtra and other key states
  • Build and manage senior relationships with state government departments and agencies
  • Originate, shape, and win large consulting and transformation mandates
  • Advise clients on digital strategy, e-governance, and technology roadmaps
  • Drive implementation of SAP and non-SAP digital transformation solutions
  • Lead programme governance, PMO, and stakeholder management activities
  • Develop sector-specific solutions for public service delivery transformation
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing consulting team
  • Collaborate with technology, industry, and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Drive practice growth, revenue targets, and market positioning

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant -

  • 15+ years of consulting, advisory, or leadership experience in government transformation programmes
  • Strong experience working with Maharashtra Government departments, agencies, or state-led initiatives
  • Proven track record of winning and delivering large public sector consulting engagements
  • Deep understanding of Digital India, e-Governance, smart city, citizen services, and public sector transformation initiatives
  • Experience with enterprise technology solutions including SAP as well as non-SAP platforms
  • Established network across government stakeholders, bureaucrats, and public sector decision-makers
  • Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
