Job Description

  • Lead the Data Science and AI strategy for the organization, driving the vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI-powered data modernization and data quality solutions.
  • Own the design and deployment of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Drive AI platform architecture, MLOps, and governance, including model lifecycle management, monitoring, explainability, responsible AI practices, and risk controls.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate customer and business requirements into innovative AI-driven product capabilities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Data Science teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Support client engagement, solution consulting, and pre-sales initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader in enterprise AI and data transformation discussions

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Knowledge of advanced data modelling techniques.
  • Confidence using analytics tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
