Job Description

  • Lead and manage customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery processes.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in customer service management.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on customer service performance and insights.
  • Mentor and train team members to build a high-performing customer service team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director CSM should have:

  • A strong background in Customer Service Management within the Technology industry.
  • Proven expertise in the Software sector with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement strategic improvements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field.
