Job Description

  • Oversee and manage key business operations in the financial services sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  • Monitor and evaluate business processes for continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members for achieving objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Deep expertise in Structured Products, Derivatives and FX.

Experience across Product Control, Valuation Control and Controllership.

Strong understanding of IFRS, fair value accounting and accounting judgments.

Ability to build processes, governance frameworks and scalable controls.

Team leadership experience with a builder's mindset.
