Job Description

  • Define and execute the AI solutions roadmap across multiple business functions.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior AI professionals, managers and associates.
  • Deliver agentic AI solutions, automation platforms and enterprise AI products.
  • Establish governance frameworks covering data privacy, model evaluation and responsible AI.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to drive adoption, productivity gains and measurable ROI

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering or technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 10+ professionals and managing senior leaders.
  • Strong expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, AI automation platforms and modern AI toolchains.
  • Deep understanding of MLOps, data engineering, software delivery and responsible AI practices.
