Director Accounting will require to oversee global financial reporting, controllership, and accounting operations across multiple regions. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to build scalable finance infrastructure, partner with investors, and support strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions.

The organization specializes in patent analytics, intellectual property consulting, technical due diligence, and litigation support across sectors such as semiconductors, telecom, software, electronics, and emerging technologies.

Job Description

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across global entities
  • Manage external audits and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Optimize NetSuite ERP, including reporting, workflow automation, and chart of accounts design
  • Partner with private equity stakeholders on investor reporting, board packages, and covenant compliance
  • Lead accounting workstreams for acquisitions, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-merger integration
  • Oversee multi-entity accounting operations across the US, Europe, APAC, India, and other regions
  • Manage multi-currency consolidations and collaborate with regional finance teams and advisors.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Director, VP, or Controller-level leadership
  • Strong expertise in US GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Extensive NetSuite experience, including implementation or administration
  • Experience within a private equity-backed organization
  • Demonstrated M&A and post-acquisition integration experience
  • Strong audit management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Proven success in global, multi-entity accounting environments.
