Job Description

  • Support and enhance SAP EWM processes to optimise warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and maintain SAP EWM modules for seamless functionality.
  • Resolve system issues promptly to minimise disruptions in operations.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to implement system updates and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end users for effective utilisation of the system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all processes.
  • Document system configurations and updates for future reference.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience or knowledge in SAP EWM and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with the retail or food supermarket industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills for training and support purposes.
