Job Description

  • 2-5 years of experience handling digital asset libraries, DAM platforms, or similar content management functions.
  • Hands-on exposure to leading DAM tools is preferred.
  • Proven capability in managing metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and large-scale asset ingestion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across agencies and cross-functional marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Asset Management professional should have:

  • Proven experience managing digital asset libraries or DAM systems, with a strong understanding of metadata schemas and taxonomy frameworks.
  • End-to-end DAM lifecycle exposure, from asset ingestion and organisation through to distribution, archiving, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with leading DAM platforms, including bulk asset ingestion and workflow management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across agencies and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • A detail-oriented, organised approach with the ability to maintain high-quality standards and consistently meet SLAs.
