Job Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for manufacturing AI and analytics use cases across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Translate plant-floor operational, quality, and process challenges into structured business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including manufacturing, quality, engineering, data science, and technology teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive agile product delivery, pilot implementations, UAT activities, and large-scale rollout across manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards and maintain measurable business outcomes through KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, digital manufacturing, or manufacturing IT/OT environments.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital, analytics, AI, or ML solutions within industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong understanding of GMP/GxP regulations, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, operations, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management tools, and manufacturing analytics or AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, yield optimization, or anomaly detection.
