Job Description

  • Lead the communications agenda across five countries, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across internal and external communication channels.
  • Drive executive and leadership communications, including strategic announcements, business updates, transformation initiatives, and organizational messaging.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner closely with country leaders and functional heads across Operations, HR, IT, and other business functions.
  • Manage and strengthen internal communication programs to drive employee engagement, cultural alignment, and business understanding.
  • Lead communication planning and execution for leadership visits, town halls, kick-offs, campaigns, and change management initiatives.
  • Support external communications initiatives, including media relations, thought leadership, PR activities, and corporate reputation management.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure high-quality communication outputs across markets.
  • Work closely with global communications teams to maintain consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
  • Act as custodian of communication quality, governance, and best practices across the region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a communications team while establishing stronger processes and operating frameworks.
  • Drive communication measurement and reporting through engagement, media, and reputation metrics.
  • Support crisis communication planning and reputation management activities when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong expertise in internal communications, executive communications, and leadership messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communication programs in multinational organizations.
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed environments across multiple countries.
  • Prior experience working with communications or PR agencies.
  • Exposure to media relations and external communications initiatives.
  • Proven ability to create thought leadership programs and drive executive visibility.
  • Strong people leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience within established multinational organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates from large industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or diversified global organizations will be viewed favorably.
