Job Description

  • Lead a portfolio of enterprise programs in Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation, etc.)
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence, from onboarding to execution and closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Own P&L responsibilities, including revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin management
  • Drive operational efficiency and governance, leveraging data and structured reporting
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing delivery team
  • Establish best practices in delivery management and program execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in program/delivery management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise engagements
  • Strong exposure to Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital, IT, etc.)
  • Experience owning revenue, margins, and business outcomes
  • Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Background in consulting, IT services, or professional learning environments is a strong plus
  • Strong operational mindset with focus on execution excellence and scalability
