Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate meaningful insights and business recommendations through data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS using analytical tools.
  • Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to understand data requirements.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in data to support risk and business decisions.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver insights with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Risk Analytics, or related domains.
  • Exposure to data modeling, KPI reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-driven analytics solutions will be an added advantage.

We're looking for someone who has:

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any of the following disciplines:

  • Mathematics
  • B.Com
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies)
  • BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
  • Computer Science / Computer Applications



Academic Requirements

  • 10th Standard: Minimum 80%
  • 12th Standard: Minimum 80%
  • Graduation CGPA: Minimum 6.5



Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Management, MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
